In his recent post, Nicholas Liu has this to say about me:
3) Lose the dead wood. For instance, TinkerTailor is doing no one any favours with commentary like ‘dunno how they did the study’ when the answer took up two whole paragraphs of the page linked. RTFA, n00b.
He thinks I’m a n00b! ROTFL!
Can’t blame him - I’ve only been blogging here for a month or so, so I’m obviously a n00b.

How’s a suggestion to have guest editors on tommorrow.sg? Nothing like seeing how your critics walk the talk … in your shoes.

interesting idea. i don’t think we’ll go for it anytime soon, because there are many issues involved. for example, it takes quite a while before a new editor gets the hang of things etc.

you’re hardly addressing the points he brought up. incidentally i don’t think i saw his article up on tomorrow?

you mean i’m *supposed* to address his points?
but i saw it on Tomorrow here:
http://tomorrow.sg/archives/2005/05/22/all_tomorrows_tupperware_parties.html
it just didn’t make the front pages, because we don’t want to put everything about Tomorrow on the front page.

well, the way you simply picked up on his use of ‘noob’ - which is hardly the point of his entry - and dismissed the rest of his article - it makes you look childish, and also implies that you have no reply to his points.
well, go ahead and play to your gallery, if you will - i’m just commenting from the POV of someone who has never read your blog before and saw this entry.

childish? ‘infantile’ might be a better word.
i don’t care for traffic, and i don’t care to defend myself. fine if you wanna read, and fine if you need to comment. but yup - my gallery.
but do read Tomorrow!
