Update below.

My neighbour loves chilli, and loves planting them as well. She plants them in her balcony, along the corridor, and even in the small grass patch right beside our block.

But she’s a nice neighbour, and she tells her next-door neighbours to help themselves to the chilli. However, other unknown neighbours are happy to help themselves to the chilli grown in the small grass patch, leaving very little for her. Naturally, she’s really unhappy about it, but what can she do? If she catches someone ’stealing’ her chillis, she might scold them, and even ask them to return her the chillis they’ve just plucked. But she certainly won’t make a police report - she’d be laughed out of the police station.

All she can do is just to complain to any listening ear, so stop planting chillis that are so readily accessible to everyone else.

That’s all I have to say about the kid who’s getting charged with unauthorised wireless Net access.

Update (Okay, I lied - I have a bit more too add.)

Now after some time, my neighbour’s chilli plants in her balcony grew to great heights. So tall were those chilli plants that they started growing into the balcony of the neighbour living above her. And so that neighbour above decided to help himself with some of the chillis - it was actually growing in his own flat!

Now my chilli-growing neighbour wasn’t happy, because she didn’t like that neighbour. But she knew she didn’t have much of a right to complain, since her chilli plant was growing into his balcony. She decided to live with it.
